Job Description

35 – 40 hours/week with a 7am-3pm schedule.  Experience trimming and prepping various cuts of meat is preferred.  Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. required.

We offer a fun, fast-paced environment, and Pitmaster job is ideal for a culinary professional, someone seeking a second job, or an active retiree. As Pitmaster you will:

  • Trim Brisket and prepare other meats (including pork, ribs, chicken, sausage, etc…) for our smokers
  • Operate smokers, temp meats, and maintain a clean and safe environment
  • Carve meats for serving
  • Operate pressure fryers for fried chicken
  • Other kitchen prep duties as required
