Our Restaurant Manager will guide a team of FOH and BOH professionals to success, while achieving a healthy balance of exceptional guest experience, financial profitability, employee development & engagement, and fun in the workplace!
Successful candidate must possess:
- At least 3 years of experience managing a full-service restaurant
- A passion for guest service
- The ability to engage, develop, and retain employees
- A hands-on, can-do, lead-by-example approach to leadership
- A desire and ability to bring positivity and fun to the workplace
