24 – 32+ hours/week (based on your preference) with a 7am-3pm schedule. Experience trimming and prepping various cuts of meat is preferred. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. required.

- Trim Brisket and prepare other meats (including pork, ribs, chicken, sausage, etc…) for our smokers
- Operate smokers, temp meats, and maintain a clean and safe environment
- Carve meats for serving
- Operate pressure fryers for fried chicken
- Other kitchen prep duties as required
